We initiate for the return within 4-5 Day from date of delivery.
Items are eligible for a return exclusively under the following circumstances. Product delivered do not match the order. This would include items delivered that are different from what the customer ordered. Product are returned in original packaging i.e, uncut strip, with labels, price tags, barcode, original serial no. etc. Product(s) were delivered in damaged/expired. Product’s /medicine’s bottle are unused. Opened medicine strip’s/bottle’s are not eligible for return policy. For orders: Order for which return has been processed refund will be initiated immediately .we’ll attempt to issue a refund through the original payment method. The may take 15 working days for the amount to be credited. however in some cases we may have to use an alternate refund process. While in some cases we may be able to provide an exchange product.
